We are happy to refund within 30 days of purchase on full price items only.

Please ensure the Buzz bottle is re-packed the way it arrived & with care. If they are not received by Buzz Australia in the original condition they will not be accepted.

You may return your product to Buzz Australia ONLY for a full refund of the purchase price (excluding delivery costs). Products must be returned to us within 30 days of purchase

with a completed returns slip.

Please note that all returns are delivered to our warehouse & are then forwarded to Buzz for processing. Therefore please expect a 2-3 day delay between the time your tracking information says "Delivered" and your return being processed.
